This series of work was done with the intent of taking a boring, long wikipedia article and transforming it into a pamphlet. The goal was to make the article easier to read, while also making it more appealing to the reader. It was also a way of challenging my type setting skills. The constraints were I could only use one-two type faces, the images could only be black and white, and I had to try three different pamphlet sizes. I had a great time with this project as I was able to try out different grids and ways of laying type. I found that I really enjoy this type of work as it feels almost like solving a puzzle!
